Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering contracts under South African law to use FlowSale Marketing.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@flowsale.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Each account may only be used by one person. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Annual plans are charged as 11 × the monthly rate (one month free).
• All payments are processed securely by Yoco. We do not store card details.
• Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Publish spam, hate speech, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload malware or malicious code.

When using FlowSale Marketing to publish to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X), you are also bound by each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines. FlowSale Marketing is not responsible for account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms.

• You retain ownership of all content you publish through the service.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit it as necessary to provide the service.
• The FlowSale Marketing platform, logo, and software are owned by FlowSale (Pty) Ltd. All rights reserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, FlowSale Marketing's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowSale (Pty) Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the service for maintenance with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

• You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
• Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
